The Group has possessed 2 production lines of oil fracturing proppant (6 planned), 9 production lines of alumina ceramics and 3 production lines of alumina powder with annual outputs of 300,000-ton high-performance oil fracturing proppant, 100,000-ton alumina ceramics, 100,000-ton alumina powder and 200-set gas producers respectively. The Company has successively built Shandong Environment Protection Ceramic Engineering Technology Research Center, Provincial Enterprise TechnologyCenter, Shandong Environment Protection Ceramic Material Engineering Lab, built good cooperation relationships with Tsinghua University, Shandong University, China University of Geosciences and other scientific research institutes, and become education demonstration bases of Tsinghua University and Shandong University. Moreover, the Company introduced internationally top-grade test equipments including Zeiss scanning electron microscope, Rigaku X-ray diffractometer and Malvern particle size analyzer, and possesses the pilot workshop for the research and development of alumina ceramic products, alumina powder and oil fracturing proppant with most complete equipments and largest scale in the industry to conduct the scientific research and development. By now, Jingang has had the R&D and production technology of alumina ceramic grinding media, lining protection material, high-performance filler,catalyst carrier and low sodium fine alumina powder etc., obtained 56 licensed patents and 6 significant scientific and technological achievements and undertaken several national projects including national key new product project and national Torch Plan project.
